Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before starting the conversation
Do you work with clients outside of your location?
Absolutely. Meraki Design Studio is fully remote and works with clients nationwide. Our process is designed to be seamless regardless of location — everything from discovery to delivery happens virtually, so distance is never a barrier to great work. That said, if you’re local to the Palm Beach County area and prefer to meet in person, we’re happy to make that happen too.
How does the process work after I submit this form?
Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll review your project details and follow up within 48 business hours to schedule a discovery call. This initial conversation gives us the opportunity to learn more about your business, answer any questions you have, and determine the best path forward together. From there we’ll put together a proposal tailored to your specific needs.
What if I'm not sure which package is right for me?
No worries at all — that’s exactly what the discovery call is for. Fill out the contact form with as much detail as you can about where your business is and what you’re hoping to accomplish, and we’ll help you figure out the best fit together. If none of our core packages feel quite right, we’ll talk through other options that might better serve your needs.
Do you take on rush projects?
In some cases, yes. Rush availability depends on our current project schedule and the scope of work involved. Rush projects are accommodated when possible and are subject to an additional rush fee. Reach out through the contact form and let us know your timeline — we’ll do our best to make it work.
How do payments work?
We use a structured payment schedule designed to keep things clear and manageable for both parties. Depending on the scope and length of your project, payments are typically broken into two to three milestones — keeping things organized from kickoff all the way through to final delivery. Specific payment details and a full breakdown will be outlined clearly in your project proposal so there are never any surprises.
